Rooms & Rates
We offer 2 double and 2 single rooms on the first floors. All rooms are individually furnished and offer a very special ambience. The single rooms have 1.20 m wide beds, the double have 1,80 m wide beds.
The large bathroom for common use has been modernized in 2025 to a high standard.
All guest rooms have mini bars for self catering, also kettle, dishes and cutlery. Coffee and tea will be provided free of charge and one bottle of mineral water.
Parking in front of the house on public ground (free).
Prices:
Single room 50,00 - 65,00 € per night
Double room 80,00 - 95,00 € per night
For your kind attention:
We ask for your understanding that only bookings for a minimum o two nights can be accepted.
The accommodation costs have to be paid at the latest on the day of departure. No card payment possible.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your booking is free of charge up to and including 21 days before your scheduled arrival date.
For cancellations made later, the following flat-rate cancellation fees will apply:
• For cancellations 20 to 8 days before your scheduled arrival date: 25% of the agreed room rate for the cancelled nights;
• For cancellations 7 days or less before your scheduled arrival date, as well as in case of no-show: 70% of the agreed room rate for the cancelled nights.
The guest expressly reserves the right to prove that the accommodation provider incurred no loss or a significantly lower loss than the applicable flat rate as a result of the cancellation.
